Imam Sadiq (AS):
عن ابن مسکان عن أبی بصیر یعنى المرادیّ، قال: سئلتُ أباعبداللّه (ع) عن امرأة ابتلی زوجها فلا یقدر على جماع، أتفارقه؟ قال: نعم إنْ شاءتْ. قال ابن مسکان: وفی روایة أخرى ینتظر سنة فإنْ أتاها و إلاّ فارقته، فإنْ أحبّت أنْ تقیم معه فلتقم.

:Translation
Ibn Maskan says from Abu Basir Muradi: I asked Imam Sadiq (AS) about a woman whose husband is ill and cannot have intercourse with his wife: Can a woman divorce her husband? The Imam said: If she wishes, she can divorce
Ibn Maskan also narrated in another narration that Imam Sadiq (AS) said:
A man is given a period of one year, if he is unable to have intercourse with his wife during this period, the woman divorces him, and if she wishes to live with her husband, she continues to live with him.
Analysis:
In addition to the husband (man), the wife (woman) can also terminate the marriage when certain defects occur in the husband (man), including insanity, castration, sexual impotence, and genital mutilation.
